Key Responsibilities:

  • Cost Estimation and Planning:

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets.

  • Tendering and Procurement:

  • Prepare and analyze tender documents and contracts.

  • Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.

  • Contract Administration:

  • Manage construction contracts, ensuring compliance.

  • Handle contract variations, claims, and payments.

  • Cost Control and Reporting:

  • Monitor and control project costs.

  • Prepare cost reports and financial statements.

  • Risk Management:

  • Identify and mitigate project risks.

  • Develop risk management strategies.

  • Collaboration and Communication:

  • Liaise with clients, architects, and engineers.

  • Provide advice on contractual claims and disputes.
