As a Part-time Customer Call Handler you will be handling incoming calls and emails from an international customer base.

Client Details

Our client is a leading and established international manufacturing business and they are looking for an experienced Part-time Customer Service Advisor to join them on an on-going temp basis in their Irlam office.

Description

As a Part-time Customer Service Advisor you will:

  • Handling inbound calls and emails from an international customer base
  • Processing customer orders
  • Providing logistical updates on customer orders
  • Handling any financial queries from a customer, i.e. invoice disputes
  • Ad-hoc duties as and when required

Profile

To be successful in this role:

  • Can commit to a part-time temp role (Mon - Fri 9 - 1pm working patterns)
  • Excellent communication skills that promote great customer conversations
  • 1 years experience within customer service telephony based roles
  • Able to work in a team setting as well as independently
  • Strong IT skills
