About the role
My client is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to manage their company's financial operations. This role is primarily focused on managing the day-to-day financial activities of the business. Responsibilities include processing and reconciling invoices, managing payments, liaising with external accountants, and ensuring smooth and efficient financial operations. This is a Part Time postion for 2 days a week in the office.

Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, and planning
- Assisting with compliance and international trade considerations (e.g., tax, import/export regulations)
- Managing and maintaining accounting software (experience with QuickBooks or similar is ideal)
- Supporting other departments including sales, operations, and senior leadership
- Organising and maintaining financial documentation and records
- Managing office-related purchases and petty cash
We are looking for someone who has:
- 3 years of experience in financial or accounts management including strong knowledge of European financial systems.
- Strong numerical and data processing skills with excellent attention to detail
- Fluent written and spoken English for communication with clients and suppliers
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience using QuickBooks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage their own workload effectively
