PA / Office Manager - Part Time

What you'll do:

The successful PA / Office Admin, will join a small, friendly team and provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Managing Director, including:

  • Diary, calendar and schedule management
  • Dealing with emails, correspondence and phone calls
  • Preparing and editing communications, presentations, and other documents
  • Organising and attending meetings, taking minutes and allocating actions
  • Coordinating staff holidays, rotas and other HR admin tasks

What you'll need:

  • Previous experience within a similar Admin, PA or Office Manager role
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
