Are you currently a commercially minded Credit Control Manager? Do you enjoy building relationships with key accounts? We have a newly created role that would be a great opportunity for you!
You will be working for a market-leading organisation who has an outstanding reputation. Not only will you be directly managing a team on site you will be reviewing the output of a team offsite. A key part of this role is not only manage and maintain external relationships with customers but also with internal stakeholders. Due to this being a newly created role you will also get involved with adhoc project work and managing continuous improvements.
What you will do
- Instigate and implement strategies to ensure improvements on collection performance
- Continuous improvement of the organizations collection policy
- Prepare reports to present to key stakeholders
- Maintain relationships with key accounts via meetings and regular communication
- Conduct continuous reviews on credit limits and assess risk
- Management of the onsite team and review output of offsite team
