Service Advisor - Epsom area
Franchised Motor Dealership
Our client, one of the best employers in the motor trade is looking to recruit an experienced Service Advisor to join their already successful team.
Salary:
Basic - £28k - (rising to £32,500 once accredited within 1 year)
OTE - 38k - £42,500 (most advisors are earning between £500 - 800 per month, based on CSI, achieving budget and service plan upsell)
Hours:
Mon - Fri - 8.00am - 6.00pm
Sats - 8.30am - 1.00pm (1 in 4)
22 days + bank holidays and your birthday off
The Job:
- As a Service Advisor you will the first point of contact for customers in the Aftersales department, you will check vehicles in and out, liaise with your customers ensuring the best possible customer experience and securing future work as necessary,
- Dealing with customers' requirements for service and repair work in an efficient and courteous manner.
- To carry out systematic follow up, up-sell and prospecting activities in order to maintain and build the volume of work for the service department.
- Deliver exceptional levels of customer service
- You will also be required to promote additional products and services as well as working with the Workshop Controller and the Service Manager.
- Must have a minimum of 12 experience in the franchised main dealer world.
- Kerridge experience would be highly beneficial but not essential
There will be further training and development for the successful candidate along with potential career progression.
