HR Generalist

Robert Half are working with a leading organisation who are seeking an HR Generalist to join their dedicated team. This organisation values innovation, collaboration, and excellence, aiming to create a supportive and efficient work environment for all employees.

The HR Generalist will work closely with the Head of People and Operations to support employees throughout their employment lifecycle. This role involves implementing and maintaining core HR processes that enhance the overall employee experience and align with the organisation's values.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality HR services across all offices, including resourcing, employee relations, learning and development, and reward management.
  • Collaborate with the Head of People and Operations to execute the People plan and meet operational requirements.
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement and drive change, leveraging automated systems to enhance HR and expense processes.
  • Analyse HR KPIs to measure the success and value of HR activities.
  • Identify training needs and manage the training program from sourcing to delivery.
  • Undertake additional duties as requested by senior management, in line with the role's level.

Person specification

  • Hold or be working towards a CIPD qualification.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant IT packages.
  • Highly motivated with a commercial approach, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong research, analytical, and reporting skills.
  • Resilient under pressure with excellent prioritisation, time management, negotiation, and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to deliver information clearly and concisely.
  • Proactive, receptive to change, and maintaining a positive, professional attitude.
  • Hold a clean driving license.
