Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
I am sourcing an experienced bookkeeper to join my established client in North Lanarkshire. In this role, you will work with a team of bookkeeping and accounts professionals to support companies with their bookkeeping, payroll, and accounts needs. We are looking for candidates with solid bookkeeping experience; applicants with payroll experience will have an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining the bookkeeping records for a portfolio of clients to trial balance stage
- Preparation and submission of VAT returns
- Posting journals
- Processing payroll
Requirements:
- Experience with bookkeeping and payroll software such as Sage Line 50, Sage Cloud, Xero, and Microsoft Office (full training and support will be provided if required)
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise tasks
- The successful candidate will be reliable, hardworking, and able to work both on their own initiative and as part of a team
