Legal Assistant (Commercial Contract and Tech Specialist)
Our client is a Fintech business who are looking to add a commercial contracts specialist who will help to drive innovation and process improvement using new technology and help deliver support to the business as they go through an exciting period of growth.
The successful candidate will be the main contact in the business for providing strategic and commercial advice on contract terms, negotiations and business implications. You will draft, review and negotiate various commercial contracts, ensuring alignment with company policies and legal requirements
The business is taking a proactive approach to the way support is delivered to the business and there is emphasis on process improvement and tech integration. Tech plays a bit part in the future of this role and implementing and optimising technology solutions for contract management and workflow automation will be required.
In order to be considered for this role you need to have:
- A strong understanding of commercial contract terms, legal compliance, and risk management
- Experience of negotiating contracts, strong stakeholder management and engagement skills
- 3+ years experience
- A commercial mindset
- A proactive approach and attention to details
