Senior Merchandiser | Kemble (Hybrid - 1-2 days in office)
Full time | £45,000 - £55,000 + bonus
Come and join Cotswold Outdoor, Runners Need and Snow + Rock, part of the Outdoor & Cycle Concepts group, who are looking for a Senior Merchandiser to join their team in Kemble.
As the Senior Merchandiser, you will be involved with managing and overseeing all merchandising processes for your product categories, ensuring ranges maximise sales, financially plan future product ranges and lead trading meetings to drive actionable trading decisions! You'll also build strong relationships across the business and collaborate closely with the Buying team to deliver market-leading ranges within budget.
You'll really fit in if you have:
- Proven retail industry experience as a Merchandiser and WSSI experience
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Effective communication skills to present complex data clearly and concisely
- Coaching and mentoring experience
