Our client's conveyancing team is expanding, offering diverse services to individuals and businesses. As a Conveyancer, you'll play a crucial role in this highly successful team, enjoying significant responsibility from the outset with ample support and career development opportunities.
This position suits both junior conveyancers/exceptional conveyancing assistants and more experienced fee earners working towards qualification.
Conveyancer Responsibilities:
- Manage a varied caseload including auction property sales, equity transfers, and business client transactions
- Oversee matters throughout their lifecycle, from reviewing key documentation to managing completion
- Drive transactions forward, understanding clients' specific requirements
- Liaise with unit leaders, colleagues, and external stakeholders
- Work closely with assistant-level resources to ensure first-class service
- Ensure compliance with quality service standards
Conveyancer Responsibilities:
- LLB or equivalent, with a focus on property law is highly desirable.
- Prior experience in property transactions, demonstrating a solid understanding of the conveyancing process.
- Proven ability to effectively manage a busy caseload.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal matters clearly to clients.
- Strong interpersonal skills, enabling you to develop and maintain positive client relationships.
- A logical and methodical approach to problem-solving, with the ability to tackle complex issues efficiently.
- Proficiency in multi-tasking and prioritising workload in a fast-paced legal environment.
