A leading Quantity Surveying consultancy are seeking three, reliable and professional, freelance Quantity Surveyors for a high-profile healthcare programme.
The Quantity Surveyor's role
The successful Quantity Surveyors will help deliver an array of different projects from inception to completion, including carrying out pre contract cost planning, cost modelling, assurance and challenge of costs etc.
The successful Quantity Surveyor will be working on London based projects valuing up to £600m. Ideally you will be near London, but there is the possibility of working remotely and travelling to site when necessary.
Requirements:
- You'll need to obtain BPSS clearance.
- CostX experience is preferred.
- Any healthcare experience would be a bonus.
Role: Freelance Quantity Surveyor
Day Rate: £400 - £500 a day (all in)
Duration: September 24 - February 25 (likely to be extended)
