We are working with an exciting financial services business based in Northwich to recruit a Financial Services Administrator.

Description

As Financial Services Administrator you will be part of the intermediaries team providing administrative support internal and external stakeholders:

  • Payment processing activity and ongoing fee processing and monitoring relating to new and existing clients within agreed SLAs
  • Working closely with clients for various aspects of client withdrawal process and verifying source of funds for incoming payments
  • Processing and matching of payments in, initial fee processing and administration fees
  • Processing payments out and validating instructions to ensure all applicable documentation is received and meets the correct requirements
  • Accurate and timely processing of internal transfers and switches
  • Processing of ongoing fee postings
  • Setting up direct debit instructions for new clients
  • Updating workflow tasks and processes with the correct case details and progress on relevant systems
  • Setting up of new fee scales with associated ongoing monitoring and oversight
  • Processing disinvestment activity for bulk processes
  • Regular checking, monitoring and verification of data

Profile

As Financial Services Administrator, you must have:

  • Experience ideally in a financial services administration role but if you have strong administration experience and looking to break into financial services, this will also be considered
  • Wealth management background would be preferable but not essential
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Confident manner with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise effectively
  • Strong team player with ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong customer service mindset
