Position Overview:

Tehy are seeking an experienced and proactive Office Manager to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in managing office operations for a Tier One Main Contractor and a proven track record in handling large office and charity events, office mobilisation, and commercial administration tasks, including purchase management for PO and invoicing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day office operations ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Event Coordination: Plan and execute large-scale office and charity events that align with company values and goals.
  • Office Mobilisation: Lead office mobilisation efforts, ensuring seamless transitions and setup for new projects or relocations.
  • Commercial Administration: Manage commercial administration tasks including purchase management, processing purchase orders (PO), and handling invoicing.
  • Vendor Relations: Maintain positive relationships with vendors, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of office supplies and services.
  • Team Support: Provide administrative support to project teams, facilitating effective communication and coordination.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as an Office Manager with a Tier One Main Contractor.
  • Event Management: Proven experience in organizing and managing large office and charity events.
  • Office Mobilisation: Demonstrated ability in office mobilisation, with successful past projects.
  • Commercial Administration: Strong skills in commercial administration, particularly in purchase management, PO processing, and invoicing.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in office software (e.g., MS Office Suite) and familiar with procurement and invoicing systems.
