The firm is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join its dynamic team in Gerrards Cross. This role offers the opportunity to handle a diverse caseload, work closely with clients and contribute to the continued success of the firm. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for managing residential property transactions from instruction to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse caseload of residential property matters including sales, purchases, remortgages and lease extensions
  • Provide clear and practical legal advice to clients on residential property matters
  • Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders and other third parties to ensure smooth transaction processes
  • Conduct due diligence including title checks, searches and drafting contracts
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies
  • Maintain and develop client relationships, delivering excellent customer service
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across different departments

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor with experience in handling a busy caseload of residential property files, or an experienced conveyancer with similar fee earning experience
  • Comprehensive knowledge of conveyancing processes and property law
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
  • Proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to providing high-quality legal services and client satisfaction
  • Familiarity with case management systems and legal software
