Sales Administrator

Reed Business Support are recruiting on behalf of an established automotive dealership based in Leeds. Our client is looking for a Sales Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis, the role will be responsible for controlling administration for the dealership as well as providing sales and accounts support.

Duties will include:

  • Update inhouse system accordingly-service history, V5's, vehicle descriptions
  • Invoicing of vehicles-send via DocuSign & follow up with customers
  • Manage and update the stocking plan-liaise with auditor monthly, appropriate vehicles and add part exchange vehicle to stocking plan
  • Physical stock take and stock report
  • Create vehicle hand over packs, ensure IDD's and all relevant information is complete
  • Add warranties to vehicles
  • Manage purchase order system
  • Add purchase order costs to the inhouse system
  • Daily reconciliation of the receipts
  • Send documents to finance companies such as Evolution (proof of payment, clearance)
  • Respond to customer queries and customer complain email address's
  • Liaise with accountant to make weekly payments

Person Specification:

  • Knowledge and use of a previous Dealer Management system is essential
  • Must be computer literate, organised and have strong communication
  • At least 2-3 years sales administration required
  • 5 GCSE's A*-C or grades 5-9 including English Language and Maths
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise work
  • Willing to learn and provide input into the team

Salary - £25,000 - £27,000
Hours – Monday Friday 9:00 – 17:30 (Can be flexible)
