Salary: Up to £25,000 Equivalent - with 10% bonus
Type: Temporary basis - 4 to 5 months - Potential to go permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday - Very Flexible Hybrid working arrangement - Up to 3 days working from home a week

Job Description:
As a Credit Controller, your primary responsibility will be to provide essential support to the Finance team, specialising in Accounts Receivable and Credit Control. Your role will encompass the following key accountabilities:
- Follow company credit policies and customer contracts for collections.
- Collaborate with internal and external customers to meet and exceed targets.
- Set up and maintain accounts for accurate billing and payment processing.
- Ensure accurate billing, collections, and payments by investigating errors.
- Resolve disputes and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Work with various departments to improve billing, collection, and payment processes.
- Compile reports to investigate errors and improve accounts.
- Manage unallocated cash according to company procedures.
- Follow procedures and share best practices with colleagues.
- Represent the team and company at meetings and events, giving presentations.
- Meet credit management targets and adhere to the collections cycle.
