Our Client are a well established Boutique firm of Independent Financial Planners dealing with a client bank of High Net Worth clients. They offer a friendly and professional working environment where development is fully encouraged and supported. They now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Financial Services Administrator to join their team based in Nottingham.

The role of the Senior Financial Services Administrator will be to provide advanced business support for financial planners, working within agreed business objectives, to maintain the highest possible ethical and professional standards aswell as providing accurate information to the management team when requested.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To be proactive and able to multi-task whilst providing research, client valuations and processing new business
  • A high level of organisation skills required around general financial services administration
  • To compile basic suitability reports from structured templates. E.g., fund switches, OEIC to ISA, and client review letters
  • Preparing research, agendas, and paperwork for client review meetings
  • Being responsible for following process and procedures
  • To act as a liaison, point for clients and providers
  • To maintain and update client information, within Iress Xplan and AWS Morningstar
  • Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for the effective performance of the role

Skills Required

  • Organised and be able to work on your own use initiative
  • Numerate - have good analytical skills
  • Excellent standard of written & verbal communication
  • Ability to empathise and build strong business relationships
  • Be able to prioritise workloads
  • Proactive, with an ability to multi-task and possess the ability to search out solutions
  • Ability to interpret data and produce recommendations with supporting evidence
  • IT Literate

The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 year's experience in a Financial Services Administrators position and a good knowledge of processing investments and pensions transfers. You will also have good knwoledge of Xplan software and AWS Morningstar.
