Role: Customer Service Executive
Salary: £25,000 (+ discretionary annual bonus)
Location: Rochdale, Greater Manchester
Type: Permanent/Full-Time, Monday-Friday 08:00-17:00 with a 1-hour lunch
Reed are currently working with a global producer and supplier of high-quality leather for upholstery and end-use, in their search for a new member of their outstanding Customer Service team.
With offices in the UK, USA, and South Africia, this business has a broad and extended reach to customers all over the globe.
The successful candidate will be an integral member of the existing team, ensuring quality service is delivered to their diverse client base.
Role overview
A part of our UK customer services team this role is pivotal to ensuring they provide best in class customer service to their customers. The role comprises of processing inbound orders and answering customer queries. Calling customers to follow up on customer enquiries and passing them on to the sales representative for them to bring on the business.
- Answering incoming calls
- Processing all customer service enquiries
- Processing Customer Orders, Deliveries and Invoices.
- Liaise internally for updates on customer orders
- Contacting Key Customers to chase for orders.
- General administration.
- Cover other Administrators during times of absence or when necessary.
- Other additional administration duties when required.
