ARE YOU THE ONE?
We are looking for a Finance Assistant to join our dynamic team and support our day-to-day finance operations. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
You'll be responsible for a variety of financial administration duties and play a key role in maintaining the efficiency of our finance department. You will have prior experience working in Accounts Payable, and you'll have advanced excel knowledge including pivot tables and v-lookups.
WHAT YOU'LL BE UP TO
RECONCILIATION
Managing the complete supplier payment cycle, including reconciliation of invoices and payments.
Completing monthly supplier statement reconciliations.
Reconciling the Epay/credit cards monthly.
PAYMENT PROCESSING
Working with the Finance team to ensure efficient and accurate processing of supplier invoices.
Overseeing the purchase order process.
REVIEW/REPORTING
Conducting monthly reviews of the Aged Payables list, addressing any queries or discrepancies.
Assisting with year-end reporting tasks.
COLLABORATION
Providing proactive and flexible support across various tasks as needed within the team.
Working with the Finance team to ensure efficient and accurate processing of supplier invoices.

- You'll have a desire to studying towards an accountancy qualification
