Reed Education is currently looking for an enthusiastic Computer Science Teacher to join our team on a temporary basis. Day to Day of the Role:
- Deliver engaging Computer Science lessons to KS4 & KS5 students, igniting a passion for the subject and encouraging critical thinking.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that are innovative, well-structured, and cater to a diverse range of learning styles.
- Assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their academic development.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to share resources and strategies, enhancing the learning experience.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with the latest educational technology and teaching methods.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- A degree in Computer Science or a related field, with a PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
- Experience teaching Computer Science at KS4 & KS5 levels.
- A passion for technology and a commitment to engaging students in learning.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, with a collaborative approach to education.
