Job Description:
G5 Customer Service Technician for 1st stage on telephone contact to assist Credit Control, Adult Care Charges & Income.
Working with customers answering queries. Customers could be external or internal.
Part of a hub - working through queries , using telephone. Need to be confident in communication, basic Excel skills essential.
Understand need for confidentiality/timeliness response to queries.
Confident in Microsoft Office programmes.
