Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for a new position on behalf of our client, based in Yate, as an Administration Support Co-ordinator. Our client is offering a salary from £25,000 per annum + based on experience. This is a cross departmental role co-ordinating an important link which involves various aspects of customer service, procurement and marketing support. Within this role you will:

Ø Being the first point of contact for customers globally; processing their orders and providing accurate information on stock availability and dispatch dates;

Ø Allocating stock to orders as appropriate and raising manufacturing orders to meet required demand;

Ø Liaising with other internal departments to ensure orders are dispatched on time and in full; providing excellent and timely communication to customers and distributors where changes are necessary.

Ø Ensuring that our ERP system is maintained and accurately updated in terms of customer information and pricing.

Ø Provision of administration support to commercial sales team

Ø General sales administration tasks to include invoicing, compilation of reports, and compliance data.

Ø Assist the procurement manager with daily activities involving ERP planning for demand and purchasing of orders.

Ø Provide a link between the business and external marketing company

Ø Ensure company documentation is accurate

Skills necessary for this role:

ü Experience in a Customer Service Environment

ü Highly organised with great attention to detail

ü Excellent written and verbal communication skills

ü Fully competent in Microsoft Office

ü Need to be able to prioritise and manage your own time

ü Team Player but able to problem solve independently

ü Punctual and conscientious

Working hours: 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday
