The role:
- This role will shape and craft how their EVP is embedded throughout every touch point in their business.
- You will own the consistency in their messaging of their internal tone of voice
- Lead on internal and external events focusing on the employer brand
- You will be a great story teller, sharing stories of the culture, people and company goals in innovative and compelling ways
- Manage the social media channels and career sites to reflect their EVP
- Develop metrics to measure your impact in enhancing their employer brand
About you:
- You may have moved from an internal Talent Acquisition role into employer branding, or come from a marketing and or internal communications background
- You will have been responsible for owning, leading and executing the strategy
- Ability to work stand alone and roll up your sleeves in an ‘doing' operational role whilst collaborating with key stakeholders
- You will have excellent interpersonal, influencing and relationship building skills to get the buy in from stakeholders
- Decisive and able to prioritise the most impactful activities - proven ability to use data to inform decision making to drive and measure results
- Proven ability to generate original, meaningful and creative content across multiple channels for different personas
- Experienced in driving results through the creation and delivery of campaigns
