We have an immediate temporary opportunity for a multi-talented Teams Administrator to support one of our NHS Customers based in Salford. Youll be working Monday - Friday on a full-time basis with a hourly rate of GBP12.70 per hour. You will need to have or be willing to go through a standard DBS Check.
This is a varied role, and you will need to be able to hit the ground running.
What will you be doing as a Team Administrator?
- Working in multi disciplined environment
- Ward rounds - updating patients information.
- HR - dealing with queries, updating, sickness, holidays etc
- Typing of documents and distributing
- Note taking of meetings
- Speaking with 3rd party agencies, on confidential information
- Updating of patients medication
- Inputting of information onto the patient data system
- Dealing with patients and relatives etc
- Must be resilient to work in a fast and changing workplace

- Experience working in a busy administrative role
- Great multitasking skills
- Experience in taking notes/ minutes of meetings.
- Good with systems - accuracy is paramount.
- Able to commit to an ongoing assignment.
- DBS required or willing to go through.
