Your new role
As a compliance administrator/officer, you will be responsible for logging information and tasks relating to technical and health and safety compliance and audits, ensuring completion. Key responsibilities will include:
- Assigning and managing tasks to subcontractors, and working closely with the team for smooth completion.
- Maintaining key documentation and systems.
- Monitoring risk assessments to ensure they are up-to-date.
- General administrative tasks relating to responsibilities including drafting and producing documentation and reports, data input, and correspondence.
- Monitoring health and safety in relation to accidents, investigations, and reports.
What you'll need to succeed
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strengths in organisation and prioritisation
- Ability to communicate well (written and verbal)
- IT Proficiency including with MS Excel and Word
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of facilities, health, and safety
What you'll get in return
This role is for 37.5 hours per week fully in the office. The salary will be £25k to £29k depending on experience, alongside other benefits.
