Customer Administrator
Our client based in Huddersfield is actively recruiting for a varied Customer Administrator to assist with all aspects of Customer Services, and Accounts Administration, a varied role where training will be provided, the ideal candidate will need some proven Customer Administration experience and be able to pick up new tasks quickly.
Duties and experience to include:
Customer Service
- Processing customer orders/quotations.
- Taking customer calls regarding new orders/quotations/general enquiries.
- Booking out both UK & International orders.
- Complete relevant documents for international shipments.
- Receive customer payments and process through online portal.
- Help in monitoring general enquiry emails.
- Post parcels and letters using Royal Mail portal.
Admin/Accounts
- Send out customer statements
- Receive customer payment remittances allocate accordingly.
- Produce monthly commission reports.
- Process supplier invoices once items have been booked in to stock.
