Receptionist with administrative support

Job Overview: We seek a Receptionist to join our team in providing administrative support and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be organised, proficient in clerical tasks, and possess strong communication skills

Duties:- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner- Answer and direct phone calls promptly- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently- Maintain office cleanliness and tidiness- Handle incoming and outgoing mail- Assist with Purchase Ledger using Sage software

Qualifications:- Proven experience in administrative or clerical roles- Proficient in computerised tasks - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills- Familiarity with office procedures and equipment- Knowledge of Sage Helpful but not essential- Exceptional organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively

About us

Dyrham Park Golf and Country Club is a flourishing, busy club located in Barnet. It is looking to add a full-time receptionist to its team.

Due to location, it is ideal for applicants to hold a full driving license.

The Club is introducing 4 new floodlit padel courts in August, and we require a receptionist /admin assistant to help facilitate the booking and welcoming process.
