**The Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 3 Teacher to join our team on a temporary basis to cover maternity leave. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a supportive team and make a real impact on the academic and personal development of a lively group of Year 3 pupils.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages pupil participation and development
- Assess, track, and report on student progress, providing regular feedback
- Work collaboratively with other teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure the best outcomes for students
- Maintain high standards of classroom management and behaviour
- Engage with school-wide activities and contribute to the school community
**The Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, particularly Year 3 (preferred)
- Strong classroom management skills with a proactive and positive approach
- Passionate about creating a fun and engaging learning experience for all children
- A team player with excellent communication and organisational skills
