Handle are partnering with a leading FMCG business to hire a Training Specialist on a 12-month temp basis.
The team's goal is to continuously empower growth through implementing new trainings to customers and partners worldwide. You will have a passion for developing and delivering tailored training programmes. We are seeking a highly organised and self-motivated Training Specialist to support the team in deploying training solutions and managing key events across a wide region. This role will also involve coordinating the smooth execution of their central events, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet our high standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Event Coordination: Support the team in the planning and execution of face-to-face events for up to 50 participants, working closely with our Events team and Managed Service Providers to ensure smooth and successful delivery.
- Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders across 30+ countries, ensuring timely updates and clarity in all interactions.
- Speaker & Agenda Management: Arrange and coordinate speakers, prepare event agendas, and ensure all logistical elements are in place for a seamless event experience.
- Learning Path Coordination: Assist the team in planning and executing a comprehensive event schedule for new learning paths, ensuring alignment with program goals and timelines.
- LMS Support: Collaborate with country teams to expand and integrate training content into the partners' Learning Management System (LMS) platforms.
- Content Tracking & Reporting: Track and follow up with country teams to monitor the consumption of training content by partner staff, identifying any gaps or issues and reporting on progress.
- Impact Measurement: Measure and report on the impact of training programs, particularly in terms of cost savings and time efficiency.
- Documentation & Playbooks: Document key processes, develop detailed playbooks, and ensure all resources are easily accessible for internal stakeholders.
As an individual you will be organised with excellent decision-making skills. This is an interim role for a period of 12 months initially to start ASAP!
