Your new role
We seek a Graduate IT Analyst with strong problem-solving and people skills to provide swift IT support with excellent customer service. You'll log and track incidents using ITSM systems, work within SLAs, and identify recurring issues for further investigation. Your responsibilities include (but are not limited to)
- Provide empathetic and assured IT support.
- Log and track incidents using ITSM systems.
- Identify and escalate recurring issues.
- Build and configure computers for new and existing users.
What you'll need to succeed
- Ability to travel 5 days a week on-site to their Welwyn Garden City office
- Ability to analyse issues, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
- Excellent customer service skills to provide empathetic and patient support to end users.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and build strong working relationships.
- Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in troubleshooting and documentation.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time efficiently to meet SLAs and deadlines.
