A competitive salary of £28,000 per annum, free parking on site, centrally based in Nursling, 22 days holiday plus bank holidays an increase throughout tenure, can offer an immediate start, not a targeted role and allows ongoing training.
What you'll be doing:
- Posting and allocation of customer payments.
- Reconciling unallocated payments.
- Amending/monitoring credit limits.
- Monitoring general & personal email boxes and attending to them in a timely manner.
- Dealing with customer queries via email and phone.
- Sending out monthly customer statements.
- Sending copy invoices.
- Credit control.
- Setting up new customer accounts in line with company procedures.
- Other ad hoc duties.
