Key Responsibilities as a Procurement Executive
- Oversee the creation of purchase orders, ensuring that supplier quotes are accurate, valid at the time of purchase, and align with the policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding the delivery of purchase orders, expediting when necessary.
- Assist the Pre-sales and Sales Teams in obtaining supplier quotes for active opportunities.
- Support the Accounts Team in resolving supplier invoicing queries.
- Ensure that CRM systems and records are maintained accurately and kept up to date.
