Due to the ongoing expansion of the business, they are now recruiting a Group Account Director to join their collaborative team in a forward thinking, creative and supportive environment.
The Role
This position will operate at a senior level within the business holding overarching responsibility of the workflow out of the London office. Key duties will include:
- Leading and building client relationships at a senior level
- Pitching for business alongside strategy and production
- Pulling together the team and allocating resource for each brief/project
- Overseeing all project delivery across diverse integrated campaigns
- Ensuring exceptional quality control across every project
- Owning and managing the UK team revenue
- Working closely with counterparts in the US on leadership activity in the UK
- Managing the London based account team
The Candidate
The successful candidate will have existing senior level experience within a creative agency environment. We are ideally looking for candidates with integrated experience (covering experiential , events, digital, PR, etc.) however candidates from an exclusive events background may also be considered. We are looking for individuals who are experienced in team, resource and workflow management with the ability to operate at a fast pace whilst maintaining a quality led service.
