My client is a leading Property Management agent based in Cornwall who are looking for an Assistant Property Manager to join their busy block management team.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Management of day-to-day maintenance and contractor liaison
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients
- Day to day interaction with owners and residents
- Minor project management
- Various ad-hoc administration office duties
Previous administration experience is required although full training for the role will be given.
The successful candidate must be highly energetic and should have an aptitude for administration, due process and have good communication skills. Attention to detail is a vital skill in this role.
My client will consider both full time and part time candidate for this position. Full time hours are Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm, with the benefit of no weekend or bank holiday working. Ideally, for part time hours, my client would like the candidate in the office everyday Monday - Friday for between 24-25 hours per week. There is a degree of flexibility for the right candidate.
Due to the nature of this role, a Full UK driving licence and access to your own car is imperative. Mileage will be paid.
Salary starts from £22,500 per annum, plus benefits.
