They are currently looking for an experienced Legal Secretary to join their Insolvency and Corporate Recovery division, supporting a few senior partners with various secretarial and administrative tasks.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced, collaborative Legal Secretary individual, with 1-2+ years of experience working in a similar legal environment.
Responsibilities:
- Transcribing and proofreading letters and emails
- Audio typing and managing files
- Document typing and amendments
- Scanning, paginating, and photocopying
- File opening, ID checks, and client care preparation
- General administrative support
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Prior secretarial experience in this legal area is a plus
