We are currently recruiting for Customer Advisors for our client based in Milton Keynes.
Ongoing Temporary Contract
£14.00 - £14.80 per hour
The Role:
- Responding efficiently to queries via various channels and platforms, consistently meeting team targets
- Inbound and Outbound calling to contact customers regarding the current service offering
- Supporting members in understanding company products and services
- Responsible for chasing any late fees
Required Skills & Experience:
- Previous Inbound/Outbound customer service experience
- Excellent communicator both written and verbal
- Experience of working within a fast-paced environment, managing communication from various channels within a timely manner
- Good IT skills, including Word and Excel
- Attention to detail
- Great team player
