AS THE HEAD OF DESIGN
You will be a natural leader with the ability to navigate your large team into executing exceptionally commercial product ranges.
An Overview of Responsibilities Include:
- Oversee a large team from Assistant to Senior level
- Collectively carve out the concept and direction of each season for the total business
- Set the departmental critical path, not only understanding the impact for Design, but cross-functionally with other internal stakeholders (Sourcing, Buying, Merchandising and Marketing).
- Understand all consumer profiles, whilst maximising product opportunity with all consumers, old and new
- Explore and strategise clear architectures throughout styles & blocks which feature throughout ranges through core lines to trend and trials
- Ability to trade in season, executing smaller collections to be reactive
