My client is looking for an Online/eCommerce assistant to provide administrative support to deliver sales growth to one of their flagship brands in the FMCG space for an 6-month assignment in London.
Responsibilities will include:
Website Maintenance
- Routine maintenance of the website, ensuring all product details, content, images and links are correct and up to date
Site Assets
- Work closely with the relevant global team contacts to gather and coordinate assets in a timely manner, flagging any risks to launch to the Online Coordinator
Reporting and Analysis
- Collate and send daily sales report to wider online team
Stock
- Conduct daily site walks and critically review onsite merchandising, feeding back recommendations and agreeing actions with the Online Coordinator
Trading
- Update and maintain the trade planner with refresh dates, all site changes and other relevant activity pre-set by the Online Manager, being prepared to present this to the wider team
This will be for a 6-month initial contract while another member of the team completes a maternity cover within the business. This role will suit someone with 1 years' experience.
This will be a hybrid working role in London (3 days in office).
