Are you looking for a new role? Our well-established client based in Suffolk is looking for a Laboratory Service Engineer to join their flourishing company!
Laboratory Service Engineer Roles and Responsibilities:
- Installation and maintenance of the in-house manufactured chemistry equipment
- Create technical bulletins and guides
- Provide technical support through phone calls and emails
- Perform on-site maintenance and upgrades
- Guide customers on preventative maintenance and repairs
- Qualify flow chemistry systems
Laboratory Service Engineer Ideal Candidate:
- Experience within the scientific industry
- Electro-Mechanical experience
- 2 years' experience in a laboratory service or installation role
- NVQ Level 3 or Higher Diploma/Degree in engineering or chemical engineering
- Good logical troubleshooting techniques
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- You enjoy travelling and visiting customers
- Able to work with minimal supervision after training
- IT Literate with Microsoft Packages
- Full UK Driving License
Working Hours and Benefits:
- 40 Hours per week
- Day shift
- 25 days annual holiday + bank holidays
- Occasional travel abroad installations and service support
