Field Monitoring Officer

Berry Recruitment Darlington are currently recruiting for Field Monitoring Officers within the Tyne and Wear area.

WASHINGTON LOCATION HOWEVER MUST BE HAPPY TO TRAVEL FOR TRAINING

The role includes installing and decommissioning electronic monitoring equipment in the homes of those subject to electronically monitoring.

This is a front line role which will require the FMO to enter the homes of those on curfew, with the purpose of installing and calibrating monitoring equipment, so that the person on curfew can be detected within the boundaries of their property.

Training-

5th August , 8 days training, with paid travel to ans from home, meals will also be paid for in the evening (not lunch time)

Your shifts will begin on 15th August (BPSS required for 15th Aug)

Company Car/Vehicle-

Vehicle will be provided in week two,hire car will be provided for business purposes only. A declaration will be signed and a device will be fitted inside hire car (No personal use at all)

Working Hours-

Shift pattern covers 7 days per week, 24 hours, core hour schedules are from 9am to 2am including weekend working however the majority of shifts are 4pm to 2am.

BASIC DBS IS REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE, DVLA CHECKS WILL ALSO BE COMPLETED

Pay rate - £11.56 per hour, paid weekly from Berry Recruitment.

Overtime -

Over time is paid when an individual has worked over 37.5 . Monday to Friday Single Time. Saturday 1.5 Sunday/BH's double time. If the BH is a none scheduled day and you have agreed to do OT you are paid double time with no day off in lieu as this is already equated in your annual/hourly leave entitlement.
