They are now looking to add a Technical Coordinator to their growing company.
Technical Coordinator
£30k | Mon-Fri 8:00-4:30pm | 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays and Xmas shutdown | Potential for occasional flexible hours | Construction | Administration | Coordination | Team Player | Growing business |
The Technical Coordinator will take lead on ensuring all paperwork for each site is completed and maintained as well as managing project administration.
Duties (include but are not limited to):
- Dealing with all the paper work for our client's construction sites
- Liaising with the BC/ warranty to make sure they have the relevant documentation to issue final certificates
- Working closely with the Contracts Managers and site teams to have all the relevant paper work accessible to everyone on our client's share files
- Chasing engineers and utilities companies for updates as to the state of play of each project on a regular basis
- Providing the instruction to procced for accepted quotes for new sites
- General administrative support to the business
Person Specification:
- Office experience essential
- Ideally construction experience/knowledge, but our client is open to different experience levels
- To effectively communicate in oral and written communications
- Organised with a good eye for detail
- Confident telephone manner
- Confident use of a PC to communicate internally and externally
- Team worker
- Self - motivated
