12-hour shift pattern 8pm - 8am. 4 days on 3 days off
We are looking for a Night Concierge for an established residential and student accommodation company based in the heart of London, to be the first point of contact for residents.
Key Requirements:
- You will be the first point of contact.
- Going above and beyond to deliver excellent resident service.
- Prepare and move bins
- communicating maintenance issues with your colleagues.
- Carrying out checks and building walks
- Carrying out a room inspection or showing a potential resident suites or studios.
- Understanding the importance of Health & Safety and Fire Safety
Key Skills:
- Friendly person who loves talking to and meeting people
- Must come from hotel or accommodation background
- Caring, and have a positive attitude
- Enjoy providing a warm welcome to visitors, parents/ carers, residents, couriers and
- contractors to properties
- Take pride in your appearance and how you communicate with others
- Organise yourself and work through a list of set tasks within a certain time frame
- Optional: Speak other languages? An amazing bonus as 80% of the residents are international.
- Good level of computer literacy
