Job Role; Purchase Ledger - temp to perm
With our Client we are looking to book a Purchase Ledger Clerk on a temp to perm basis - we are looking for an IMMEDIATE start Candidate.
The role will be offered initially as a temp for c 8 weeks then if offered on a permanent basis - as a Temp you can expect £12.50 - £13,00 hr PLUS Holiday Pay once the role is offered Permanently you can expect an Annual Salary of c £24,000 - £26,000 which will depend on experience.
Reporting to the Group Head of Finance the role of Purchase Ledger will include;
- Code / Batch and Post of Invoices
- Manual Review of Invoices when needed
- Assist with Query Management and Resolution
- Input and Reconcile Bank Payments
- Preparation of Supplier Statement Reconciliations
- Assist with Month End
