Role Overview:
As a Non-Contentious Construction Lawyer, you will:
- Draft, negotiate, and advise on construction contracts, including JCT, NEC, and bespoke agreements.
- Provide strategic legal advice on construction projects, from inception through to completion.
- Collaborate with clients across various sectors, including real estate, infrastructure, and public services.
- Work closely with colleagues in other departments, such as real estate and corporate, to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 1-4 years PQE with a focus on non-contentious construction law.
- Skills: Strong drafting and negotiation skills, with a deep understanding of construction contracts and related documents.
- Attributes: Client-focused, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
