- This leading law firm is looking for a solicitor to join their highly regarded commercial team, with the opportunity to handle a range of high-quality transactions across a range of clients from private and public sectors.
- The successful candidate will have at least 4 years' PQE, with a strong background in high quality commercial work gained at another leading law firm
- You will be responsible for a wide range of commercial contracts including matters related to commercial trading agreements, IT contracts, outsourcing agreements, franchising, IP, manufacturing and data protection.
- You should be confident and driven, willing to take responsibility for managing your own matters, and eager to develop a strong network of client relationships whilst supporting the more junior members of the team.
