Legal Counsel
Annual Salary: £40k - £50 per annum
Location: Winchester

We are seeking a dedicated Legal Counsel to manage in-house legal matters, with a focus on customer and supplier contracts. This role is integral to operations and offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic environment, providing legal expertise and support.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents including customer and supplier contracts.
- Provide legal advice and support to various departments within the organisation.
- Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations that apply to the business.
- Manage and mitigate legal risks by designing and implementing company policies and procedures.
- Work closely with external legal counsel as required.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in legislation that may affect the company.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in contract law, with the ability to manage a variety of legal matters (preferred)
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
