RECRUITMENT ASSISTANT

This is a permanent opportunity working with a leading management consultancy as a recruitment assistant!

RECRUITMENT ASSISTANT ROLE:

  • Proactively sourcing candidates through a variety of sources; ensuring the pipeline and recruitment targets are hit
  • Managing the referral pipeline; ensuring all referrals are tracked and managed efficiently, and arranging screening interviews
  • Being responsible for screening CVs that come through the ATS and setting up a first-round telephone interview
  • Utilising all appropriate social media channels to attract and communicate with candidates
  • Working with the marketing team to draft social content and post on social media channels
  • Managing candidates through the recruitment process, enhancing their positive perception and understanding of the firm as they progress through the process
  • Working with the Recruitment Manager and sharing information to ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Updating the UK pipeline within Greenhouse ATS to ensure all new agency, direct, headhunt, or referral CVs are logged and managed within SLAs
  • Responding promptly to candidate queries, ensuring active candidates are moved through the interview process quickly and efficiently
  • Escalating queries or feedback from candidates or agents quickly to the Recruitment Manager
  • Ensuring all interview packs are ready for partners and providing excellent service to them at all times
  • Collating data and preparing documents for all integration and wash-up meetings

RECRUITMENT ASSISTANT ESSENTIALS:

  • Ideally previous resourcing experience
  • Strong Microsoft office skills, including Excel
  • Prior experience of working with third parties ideal
  • Experience and track record of meeting targets
