Description
Junior purchase ledger clerk will:
- Manage and process all payments accurately and timely.
- Maintain financial records and ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve department goals.
- Maintain strict compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Resolve any payment discrepancies or issues.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to process improvements.
- Support other tasks as directed by the management team within the Accounting & Finance department.
Profile
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proficiency in using financial software and MS Office.
- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of payment processes and financial regulations.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
