Our client, a financial services firm, is looking for a Financial Services Administrator to join their team.
Your responsibilities:
- Assisting in the preparation of annual reviews and complete files to meet compliance standards
- Liaising with providers and clients by telephone/correspondence in relation to new and existing business
- Assisting in the preparation of simple suitability reports
- Processing and submission of new business and monitoring applications
- Input of adviser fees/commission and the raising of invoices
- Chasing of adviser fees from provider
- Processing amendments to existing plans e.g. fund switches
- General administration duties and updating and maintaining client information through Intelliflo
- Personal Diary management in Outlook and Intelliflo
Your skills:
- Good understanding of Microsoft, including, Word, Excel and Outlook
- Knowledge of Intelliflo would be advantageous
- Experience in Financial Services Administration
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong numeracy and reporting skills
- Excellent attention to detail
